My name is Alex, and my husband, Joe, and I have dedicated our lives to helping others as first responders. Now, we’re hoping to grow our own family and experience the joy of becoming parents for the first time.

Our journey to parenthood hasn’t been straightforward. After years of trying naturally, we learned we’re facing infertility. That diagnosis was a heartbreak we never expected. Every day, we rush toward emergencies to protect and care for our community, but this is one challenge we can’t solve alone. The emotional toll has been heavy—cycling between hope and disappointment, all while managing the demands of our stressful jobs. We dream of the day we can come home to a child of our own, to swap stories of our shifts not just as partners, but as mom and dad.
